What NutriCalculators Does

NutriCalculators is a free set of nutrition calculators. It covers more than 70 major restaurant and fast food chains. You build your exact order, including every swap, sauce, size and side. Calories, protein, carbs, fat and sodium update as you go.

No sign-up. No app. No paywall.

Why We Built It

Restaurant nutrition data exists. It is rarely usable when you need it. It sits in a PDF, or it is spread across many pages. Often it describes a standard item that looks nothing like your order.

Swap the rice. Add the sauce. Size it up. The published number is no longer correct.

That gap is why this site exists. We wanted a tool that answers the real question. What am I about to eat?

Who Is Behind NutriCalculators

Ayesha Mehmood

Nutrition Data Lead
MPhil in Nutrition, Air University, Islamabad

Ayesha compiles the nutrition data behind every calculator on this site. She builds each chain’s dataset from the operator’s own published nutrition information. She standardises it, checks it for consistency, and reviews it when a chain changes its menu. Every figure in a calculator traces back to a source she has verified.

Niam Hocaine

Developer

Niam builds and maintains the calculators, the order builder and the site. He turns Ayesha’s datasets into tools that work in a few taps, on a phone, while you are standing in the queue.

NutriCalculators is built and operated by Niamco Ltd.

Where Our Data Comes From

Every figure comes from the restaurant operator’s own published nutrition information. That means official nutrition guides, allergen documents, and in-app or on-site nutrition tools. We do not estimate values. We do not copy figures from other nutrition websites.

  1. Source. Data is taken from the chain’s official published information.
  2. Standardise. Figures are converted into a consistent per-item format, so items add up correctly in an order.
  3. Check. Each dataset is reviewed for consistency. Component items are checked against published totals for combined items.
  4. Update. Datasets are reviewed when chains publish menu or recipe changes.

What Our Numbers Can and Cannot Tell You

Published restaurant figures are averages. They are not measurements of your specific meal.

Portions vary between locations, between staff and between visits. Regional menus differ. Recipes change, sometimes before the published documents catch up. Preparation varies.

So treat every number here as a well sourced estimate. It is accurate enough to compare two orders. It will show you which choices carry the most sodium or the most protein. It is not precise enough to base a medical decision on.

This site is not medical or dietary advice. If you are managing a health condition, please work with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your situation. This includes diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, serious food allergies and eating disorders.

If you have a severe allergy, confirm with the restaurant directly, every time. Our allergen data reflects what operators publish. It cannot account for cross-contamination in a working kitchen.

Independence

NutriCalculators is an independent project. We are not affiliated with any restaurant chain on this site. We are not endorsed or sponsored by any of them. All trademarks and brand names belong to their owners.

The site is funded by advertising. Advertisers have no influence over our data or our calculators. No chain has paid to appear here, to be left out, or to have its figures shown in a particular way.

Found Something Wrong?

If a number looks wrong, we want to know. Corrections make the site better for everyone.

Tell us the chain, the item, and what you are seeing. If you can point to the operator’s published figure, that helps. Ayesha reviews every correction herself.
